in touch with nature

A walk in the park, or a walk on the coast.

The Fife Coastal Path runs from the Forth Bridges through, Aberdour, Kinghorn, Elie, St Monans, Pittenween, Anstruther, Crail, Kingsbarns, St Andrews and onto Newport-on-Tay. In total 70 miles.

It's a long way, so why not do smaller sections, St Monans to Elie, The Ship is a must for lunch and a pint. Or go further afield, Anstruther, Crail then get the bus back... always an option!

Try the chain walk at Earlsferry.. not for the faint hearted.

It's a great way to see the wildlife, things you take for granted, they're right under your nose, so take time to beach comb, find a souvenir to sit on your desk at work. Do look in those rock pools and reflect.

So go on blow the cobwebs away from the night before or build up an appetite for the evening ahead. Whatever the weather get back to nature, knowing fine a deep hot bath awaits you on your return! Sooth those muscles and drift away.
