Heading from Edinburgh take the A90 which will be signposted for the Forth Road Bridge (toll bridge - cost £1). The Road changes from the A90 to the M90. Leave the M90 at junction 2A (signposted Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy), then merge onto the A92 which is a dual carriage way.

At the 1st roundabout take your 3rd exit onto A921 (signposted Kirkcaldy East). At the next roundabout take your 1st exit onto the A915 (signposted Leven, St Andrews). Continue on the A915 heading through Leven, Lower Largo, Upper Largo. This becomes the A917

3 miles later there will be a turning on your right A917 (signposted Elie, St Monans). Take this turning and continue along the A917 through Elie and 2 miles later you will reach St Monans.

Turn right down Station Road it is signposted for the Harbour and is a wide open entrance. When you reach the T junction at the bottom of the hill, that is Mid Shore. No1 is the cream house on your left with the burgundy door.
